The 2024 Free Press Fest, presented by the Montana Free Press, was a dynamic 3-day journalism conference presenting keynotes, panels, and workshops with thought leaders, policy experts, authors, independent journalists, and engaged Montana citizens. Held September 5-7 at the University of Montana in Missoula, the conference was a hub of civic engagement, celebrating Montana’s rich culture, and empowering attendees to actively participate in shaping the future of the state.
