On Sept. 16, union officials announced that their members had voted to ratify their first contract with Logan Health in Kalispell. The deal includes a stronger voice in staffing decisions and an increase in wages and benefits designed to entice health care workers to stay in an area where housing prices continue to skyrocket.Â
