State Sen. Jonathan Windy Boy has dropped out of the Democratic primary for U.S. House representing Montana’s Eastern Congressional District, according to an announcement by the Montana Democratic Party that references unspecified “allegations of serious sexual abuse against Mr. Windy Boy.”
